Pot Roast

 Pot Roast

3 to 4 lb round Roast

Potatoes 

2 lb carrots 

4 stalks celery

1 package onion soup mix

1 pkg gluten-free brown Gravy mix

1 can gluten-free tomato soup or tomato sauce

Garlic

Steak seasoning 

2 tb worshtershire sauce


Brown Roast in olive oil 

Chop carrots into 2 inch pieces 

Quarter Potatoes 

Chop celery in small pieces 

Put Roast in slow cooker, layer in vegies, then top with soup and Gravy mixes. Pour over top with soup and 2 cans water.

Cook on high 6 to 10 hours.


If you cut Roast into smaller chunks it will cook faster.
